#Panko Chicken Goujons in Mango Curry Sauce
2 Chicken Fillets
100g Plain Flour
100g Alfee’s Sweet Mango Curry Sauce
Salt & Pepper (To Taste)
Cut the chicken fillets into strips about 2cm thick. Using three bowls, fill one with flour (salt & pepper), one for egg wash & one for the Panko breadcrumbs.
Place the chicken strips in the flour, then egg wash & finally the crumbs, making sure they are evenly coated. Place on a tray & chill in fridge for 10 minutes.
Deep fry until golden brown & cooked through.
Pour the sweet mango curry sauce into a ramekin & serve with the chicken goujons.
#Mango Curry Chicken Drumsticks
Place the chicken drumsticks in a hot skillet & crispen the skin. Add diced peppers, onion & crushed garlic & cook for a few minutes.
Coat with the sweet mango curry sauce & place in the oven to bake for 40 minutes (or until the chicken is cooked through).
