Full Irish breakfast with Ballymaloe Relish
The Full Irish - it's an institution in itself. Just add the original Ballymaloe Relish and it will fill you up 'til dinner!
- 2x Clonakilty rashers
- 2x Clonakilty sausages
- 1x piece of Clonakilty black & white pudding
- 2 x Free range eggs
- 1x Tomato
- A pinch of sugar
- Knob of butter
- Salt and pepper to season
- Ballymaloe Original Relish
Fry the sausages on a medium heat in a frying pan until golden. Fry the pudding gently on both sides. Fry rashers until cooked. Use the fat from the cooking of the rashers for frying the eggs.
Half the tomatoes and season with a little salt and pepper, sprinkle with a pinch of sugar and add a tiny knob of butter, pop them under a grill or in a hot oven until they are well cooked. Serve with Ballymaloe Relish.
